Here's what you can expect when you book with me:
Step 1: Let's Connect
Start by filling out the contact form below! From there, we'll schedule a quick introductory call so we can get to know each other. We'll chat about your vision for your session, answer any questions you have, discuss pricing, and go over the basics.
Step 2: Planning Your Session
After our first conversation, I'll begin researching locations, styling ideas, and all the little details that will make your session unique. Then we'll meet again for a 30-minute planning call where we'll finalize everything—from outfits and locations to the overall vibe and timeline.
Step 3: Booking Your Date
Once your session details are finalized, I'll send over your proposal and contract. Your date will be officially reserved once the agreement is signed and your deposit is received. If you need a payment plan, we're happy to discuss options during our initial call.
Step 4: Session Day
On the day of your session, please arrive about 10 minutes early so we have time to get settled, set up any props, and make sure everything is ready before we begin. Then it's time to relax, have fun, and create beautiful memories together!
Step 5: Gallery Delivery
Your professionally edited online gallery will be delivered within 2–4 weeks. The remaining balance is due before your gallery is released.
Step 6: Enjoy Your Memories
Once your gallery is delivered, you'll have the opportunity to purchase heirloom-quality prints, albums, and other keepsakes to preserve your memories for years to come.

What should we wear for our session?Don't worry—I’ve got you! During our planning meeting, I'll help you choose outfits that photograph beautifully and fit the overall vision of your session. We'll talk about colors, styles, and coordination so you can feel confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
Where will our session take place?During our planning meeting, I'll provide a selection of beautiful locations to choose from based on the style you're looking for. If you have something specific in mind, I'm also happy to scout the perfect location to bring your vision to life.
How long does it take to receive our photos?Your fully edited online gallery will be delivered digitally within 2–4 weeks after your session. I take great care in editing each image to ensure your gallery is beautiful and timeless.
How many photos will we receive?The number of edited images you receive depends on the package you choose and the type of session you've booked. For specific details, please visit the Pricing page or browse my Portfolio to see examples of past galleries.
What happens if the weather is bad or we need to reschedule?Weather is one thing we can't control! If unsafe weather affects your session, we'll happily reschedule at no additional cost.
If a family emergency comes up, your deposit can be applied toward a new session date.
If you miss your session without notice (a no-show), a new contract and a new 50% retainer will be required to book another date.
Do you require a deposit, and do you offer payment plans?A 50% non-refundable retainer is required when you sign your contract to officially reserve your session date. The remaining balance is due before your final gallery is delivered.
